idk why some are insisting he is a headcase when it was just his grades wasn't up to par.

I think you're greatly underestimating how easy it is for a scholarship football player at an SEC school to maintain academic eligibility. He basically blew off class every day. That's pretty much the only way a football player can lose academic eligibility.

He should have stayed with LSU. They'd of kept his dumb arse eligible.

Gilbert must come from the LeBron James educated lineage.

Didn’t the SEC office say something about him not being eligible immediately because of the inner conference move?

Might be trying to get out of the SEC so he can play

Gilbert was LSU's leading active pass catcher at the time of his decision to opt out

That's what an LSU education will do for you.

That’s rich. Ole Miss’s Elijah Moore was leading the ENTIRE SEC when he decided to opt out.

There'll probably be some recruiting violations against Kirby if he does end up there.

Isn't the NCAA camped out at your school RIGHT NOW?

The funniest post in the thread by far considering you miraculously got Eddie Lacy eligible.

I'm glad you laughed. Laughing is good for the soul. Thank God for LSU because they keep us all laughing and in good spirit.

Then tweeted he was committed to UF at Family Dollar

Dude is clearly messed up in the head a bit

He has probably played his last snap of college football at a major level. Which is crazy when you think about how hyped he was out of high school and actually produced at LSU before opting out.

Coming from the university whose players get caught with guns and weed and they don’t miss a game.

Dude started at LSU as a true freshman and was heavily involved in the offense. And LSU might have the best QB group in the entire SEC next year. You don’t just leave a situation like that unless you have a screw loose.....
