So Georgia came up with the money and LSU didn't. Why is this a story? Are we still pretending this doesn't happen?

There is no proof any money was paid. At least by UGA. Seems to me there should be an investigation into LSUs psyments to players. Oh I forgot. There is!!!

I’m sure he would. He wants any investigation into LSUs recruitment and possible payments to players to go away ASAP. Having this guy get so much press could result into bad things coming out of the woodwork. Who knows what has been going on there? And for how long? This could be an even bigger scandal than the sexual discriminations allegations

Oh, it already looks that way whether they have proof or not. Picking this one guy out of hundreds who have solicited money from schools over the years not even 24 hours after he announces to be leaving for Georgia? And potentially at the expense of LSU in the process?

That kid is crazy to think he was going to get paid twice for his services, especially when he couldn't even handle the rigors of his true freshman year. See ya buddy. I'll take that other #1 TE from GA, Jake Johnson. That family already has plenty of money and he is not a headcase.

I wouldn’t count on any more victories over UGA for years. Your once in a generation QB is gone and UGA isn’t likely to throw shoes into the foggy night to give you a win. The only way our schools could meet this year is if LSU won the West. And everyone knows that is ridiculous. Bama gonna wipe up the turf with the tigers

Everyone knows LSU paid for Gilbert..it’s not surprising he wanted more. He’s finally in Athens, where we don’t play that shite..which is why he wasn’t here in the first place.
