I hope they do well. Foucha was a 3 star coming out of HS in 2018 who has worked hard and maximized his potential. Recruited by Chad Morris.
Its likely that Myles Slusher (strong 4 star in 2020) recruited by the current staff, got lots of PT with Catalon going down early was going to beat Foucha out...and everyone knew it.
Brooks was a 4 star coming out of HS (Harvey) and hasn't reached his potential yet. He could be good but he was in a rotation of starters at CB. With more talent coming in there, probably makes sense that he'd go back home.
Fact is...the hogs are loading up and we need to make some room. Woulda been nice to keep these two as solid contributing rotation players, but they can transfer to gutted programs like LSU and be go to guys.
I hope they start. KJ will eat them alive like he does every day in practice now.

Including the lives of college kids apparently.
Just as I told people who made jokes about Ruggs or Bonfire, this kind of classless post has no place on this board. People should be banned for making light of these kind of things.

Brian Kelly didn’t even reach out to Denver Harris or Perk... but he called Arkansas and ULL players. LOL
Probably cuz A&M lost to Arkansas and inferior as a program in comparison to the hogs.

You mean he's looking for kids who have been coached well?

Hope they are still in the starting rotation when we play LSU. If KJ is on with the deep ball, it will be fun.

Is that #6 for yall? Only 7 allowed so yall would be about done.
It’s not only 7. It’s 7 above 25 if you lost 7.
Technically you could take 25 transfers in a cycle if you wanted to

I mean, we got Landon Jackson from LSU who has higher rated than either Foucha and Brooks.
Brooks also lost his starting job late in the year, so we don’t care about him.
Foucha is alright, sucks in pass coverage though.

Y’all gonna be highly disappointed with Landon Jackson I’m just gonna go ahead and tell you lol
Whoever rated him must have done that as a big joke. Because there is absolutely nothing that stands out about this kid.

Two Arkansas starters have made the jump to Baton Rouge this week, Joe Foucha and Greg Brooks. Kind of awkward when you lose to your own farm team though
Woof…bragging about Chad Morris players.

Makes sense. If you can't break into the starting line up at one SEC school, go to the school who just played a game with 38 scholly players.

Somebody in the front office needs an arse kicking when you lose to your farm team

I'm not going to lie, I would have loved to keep Joe for depth, that said that is what he would be. I dont think he beats out the others for a starting spot.
Greg is the same. Would be good for depth and situational downs but has issues that keep him from being a starter.
Realistically though good for them. Lacking pro potential, a chance to go and play for your home state school has huge lifelong implications if they plan to return to Louisiana. Good for them and I wish them good luck in all but 1 game. Then I really hope Brooks still hasn't figured out how to defend deep streak routes.
