That cannot be true. Myles Garrett went #1 overall. Key is better than him. Just read the board.

Arden Key is better than Myles Garret

dude is and absolute freak. Say what you want but id rather him than Myles Garrett.

quote:

Key has far greater upside and his upside is much higher than Garrett's ever was.

Isn't it neat how Arden Key is literally twice as good as Myles Garrett?

Or you can listen to LSU's former players.

LINK
quote:

“Myles Garrett is not on this guy’s level when it comes to pass rush,” Smith told GN. “This guy is the best pass rusher in the SEC over the last 15 years. No one is even close.”

“… If he’s not the No. 1 pick next year? Teams are going to miss out.”

“He’s got bend like Von Miller and a spin like Dwight Freeney,” Smith said of Key. “He knows how to do all the pass rush moves, why to use the moves, how to use the moves and he has edge speed. He can head fake you like Osi Umenyiora. That’s what makes him special. I guess the last thing that makes him special is he has that dog in him. That real dog, and he is hungry to be the best.”

They're both 30 pounds heavier than Key. Landry is way better as well. If I'm going for an elite athlete with limited production I'll take Josh Sweat by a mile over Key.

Key was 240 when he had 11 sacks in the SEC last year. Idc if someone is 20 pounds heavier if I've seen with my own eyes that he can be dominant against elite competition.

And they guy doesn't have limited production he has better SEC numbers than Myles Garrett

Is that 3 threads I’ve seen today by Bama posters keeping tabs on LSU?

Impressive

Myles Garrett

Alabama

15 tackles 5.5 loss 1sack

Auburn
10 tackles 3 loss 2 sacks

LSU
12 tackles 2.5 1 sack

Total 32 tackles 11 loss 4 sacks

Arden Key
Alabama
19 tackles 3 loss 1.5 sacks

Auburn
14 tackles 3 loss 2.5 sacks

Total 33 tackle 6 loss 4 sacks

So not even including 3 games against A&M key numbers are already as good as Garrett. Key was better against SEC competition

I thought Arden Key was better than Myles Garrett. He should be the number one overall pick if that is the case.

Key's a classic "what might have been"; the dude could absolutely play. He's just a headcase.

I'm legitimately curious why they also mention Guice. He's a colorful personality, but that never affected his play. He tweaked his ankle or knee and that slowed him down, but shite, he came back from that.

If I was running a draft, I would wait on Key to drop to at least the 3rd, but I wouldn't hesitate on Guice if I needed a back. I'd take Barkley ahead of him, but that's about it.
