I use bricks in the bottom to retain heat, so I know what you mean.
It's not bad for what you pay. But, yes. It would be nice to have something a little better.

Simms was 26-6 as a starter.
He started 4 games against aTm, went 3-1. The loss was his freshman season, which was the “Bonfire Game”. Simms started because Major had a stomach bug of some sort.
His stats in the wins:
2000-Texas 43, aTm 17; 383 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT, avg 23.9 yards/completion
2001-Texas 21, aTm 7; 138 yards, 0 TD or InT
2002-Texas 50, aTm 20; 278 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT
Overrated as a whole? Maybe. But that’s the media’s fault. Simms seemed to shine in games they were supposed to win, not necessarily the “get over the hump” type games.

How do you keep the fire box from rusting.
I had one like that...fire box rusted out. I kept it under an overhang all the time. It was a 2006 model, wasn't thin steel at all like newer models. We moved, I decided to let a neighbor who wanted to play with welding have it instead of bringing it and got something else. Happy to contribute to the zero that I care about Arch Manning.
