Was the ND 4th down entire punt team sub out illegal as Kirby claims, or was he being a baby back bitch?

Do teams typically not sub out their starters when punting the ball?

How is this any different?

When I watched in real time it look crazy but I don’t know about against the rules. His guy being offsides was definitely illegal.

Who in their right mind would think SEC officials know the rules?

Didn’t they put their punt team in, then sub a second time to put offense back in? I really need a replay to solidify that in my mind.

Kirby said it was SEC officials who told him he can't do it. These were not SEC officials or SEC rules, spoken or unspoken.

Believe the rule states MORE than 11. Per take that not mean you can’t run 12 out there and pull someone off to create confusion. I think what they did was take their outbreak off the field and put their offense back on. Don’t know why it is a problem.
