Leonard Fournette (2015) 4 games

1.00 TD/Game

1 TD against ranked teams is embarrassing

Well Summer, those are good stats and all. Personally I think both guys were elite college backs

Me too, which is why it is laughable to see LSU fans get all rustled and try to talk shite about Henry. Henry dominated on the biggest stage. He won a national title. He's been very good in the NFL. He's a badass.

That's basically it, case closed.

You want me to post the list of rushing defenses Fournette faced and what they were ranked again?

Why not compare 6 actual common opponents? Here is how they compare against 6 SEC teams (some had good defenses some bad) they both faced in 2015:

Fournette: 154 carries for 925 yards, 6.0 YPC, 10 TDS
Henry___: 194 carries for 1122 yards, 5.8 YPC, 8 TDS

Fournette did better. No one cares how either guy did against non P5/cupcake teams. But against the same SEC teams LF did better. You can't spin that, it is what it is

Henry was great. I have no problems saying that. Like I said, I have a problem with stupid crap posters talking shite about LF just to troll.

Henry also played Wisconsin, Michigan State and Clemson. They ranked #4, #11 and #18 in national rush defense.

Henry went for 380 yards on 69 carries for 5.51 YPC and scored 8 TDs.

think we need to contact the SEC official record holder keeper, and have them put an asterisk next to D. Henry's rushing yards record of 2,219 yards. Per several "prominent" Bama posters total yards rushing is not important. YPC is the end all stat of importance

The SEC Rushing Title is awarded to the RB with the highest YPG. In Henry's historic 15 game season Fournette actually won the SEC Rushing Title because he had a higher YPG.

Coming into the 2015 Alabama/Henry vs LSU/Fournette game Fournette was the leading player for the Heisman trophy, but after it, Henry should have been preparing his acceptance speech.

OK this argument again. If you want to know the biggest difference between Henry and LF in college was. When Bama's offense was struggling passing as Coker was still developing as a qb, in 2015, Bama just fed Henry the ball. Everybody knew he was getting the ball and he just kept getting stronger and better the later in the game. Henry literally carried Bama's offense to the playoffs and the Natty on his back. When it was LF's time to carry LSU who was also struggling in their passing game, LF choked and LSU lost. This is the biggest reason why Henry is a Champion and Heisman winner and LF is not.
