I'm not very familiar with him or his work, so I have no real opinion on him as a journalist. Just curious how someone in Alabama, who is a fan of a team in Alabama, has such a strong opinion of a journalist in MS covering a team in MS.

I don't understand how in one sentence yall can say leaking this stuff will hurt OM and then say OM put Godfrey up to it. This same story could have come out after the ruling came down. If OM got killed this is what they would want. If this does nothing to help OM why would OM leak this out? Yall keep contradicting yourselves to fit a narrative while avoiding what was actual revealed.

You said "There are no scenarios involving another team and Ole Miss", which is absolutely incorrect. In the Ole Miss investigation, Leo Lewis has named teams others than Ole Miss. The record of Lewis' mother also names teams other than Ole Miss. In those two scenarios, teams other than Ole Miss were named. Not sure why that's such a hard concept for you to understand.

If you had said, "There are no active investigations regarding Leo Lewis and teams other than Ole Miss", then you would be correct.

If no evidence is found to link anyone specific to the contract breach, the NCAA could claim there is sufficient proof that somebody involved with the school breached the confidentiality agreement, and the school would, in turn, be held accountable.

This action seems to be just another in a string of several that indicates the string pullers at Ole Miss are unconcerned with what next happens to the school. The downside risk may never be known as the NCAA will never reveal the details of the COI decision and, unlike this information, the backfire of any of the actions will never be leaked by the University.
