The stupid shite in the parking garage aside, I'd be interested to know if the rumors of his 0.0 GPA and smoking weed in the locker room after the SCAR game are true. If they are, I wouldn't touch him if I were BK.

I mean the academic thing is pretty easy to figure out, if he can transfer then it's obviously not true. If he cant transfer then there's something to it.
You have to be in a certain academic standing to transfer, cant just fail all your classes and move on to another FBS school.

TexAg7 made up the GPA rumor. Harris is a freshman in his first semester, how can he have any established GPA before exams? I guess if he was an early enrollee, but then he would have had a 0.0 in the spring and summer and been eligible? Makes no sense.

It’ll be interesting to see how all the opinions on the rant change from “he should be in jail for endangering people speeding” to “give him a second chance” if he lands on LSU.
Wherever he does end up will get a good player if he can stay out of trouble, kid has talent, might or might not have some sense between his ears.
Back to the topic of the thread, if the rumors of Cooper looking to enter the portal are true, that’s a big loss and no Aggies will be claiming otherwise. Our linebacker unit was probably the worst group on defense, but you still don’t want to lose a guy like that with tons of game experience and was the best guy of that unit.
Wherever he does end up will get a good player if he can stay out of trouble, kid has talent, might or might not have some sense between his ears.

He's a fantastic talent, and I have no real knowledge of whether we should think he might get his behavior in order. I hope he does. I hope he goes somewhere, makes All American, and earns a ton of money. I hate seeing kids waste talent, and Harris has the potential to be a very good corner.
(And TexAg7 did not make up the 0.0 rumor. It's widely claimed, but I have never heard it claimed by someone who I trust enough to take their word as true.)

He could theoretically be incapable of passing his classes regardless of how he does on his exams if he hasn't been attending classes. Not saying that Texag7 did or didn't pull it out of his arse, but it's going to be interesting to watch it play out.
