Actually thought the same thing this morning, when I saw the tiktok of some guy who details all of the LSU players cars... It would be a real mental slap in the face to go backwards, if things don't work out for them in the future.

Every aspect of this team is bad… They can’t pitch, hit, catch, run, and throw… this is a combination that makes a losing team.
The hitting is what amplifies all of the others issues. During CJJs tenure, we have usually been able to overcome some of the other problems by outhitting everyone.

This has been the least fun team we have watched since CPM final season.
It’s very simple… team can’t outhit their mistakes like they have during his tenure. When you’re a sloppy team, you better hit the ball extremely well and they are wildly inconsistent at the plate.

His philosophy here has always been sacrifice defense a little to get the offense elite. He just doesn’t have anything like that this year… we don’t have one dude that strikes fear into anyone.
Hopefully that rev share and NIL will buy a team that can catch the ball next season. I’ve seen better baseball from 2A teams in this state.
