I think this is him knowing we are thin at LB, and using portal as leverage to get more money.

Welcome to college football in 2022.

Probably pissed he didn’t get the signing bonuses like the ones received by the guys from the year or two after him. Can see animosity at different schools when a starter is getting paid less than his backup or backup at another position.

This will be an issue going forward because one kid finds out his deal is a lot less than other guy then fireworks begin . Portal will be there as a threat kid will leave. Welcome to the new college football!

Denver is a big loss, but my understanding is without the portal he would still be gone. Think he was kicked out of school.

He’s not actually in the portal yet. If he does enter the portal, he’ll be the first true loss.

It’s funny how you guys try to justify there’s actually still some hope with your team. Regardless of whether 0 or 50 players enter portal Texas 5&7 will never compete

Denver Harris is a loss from a talent perspective, sure. I don't count him as a portal loss, because he had no choice in the matter. He, Marshall, and PJ would not have been welcomed back. You won't believe it, but its true. The only Freshmen who chose to leave was Ish Harris, who got zero snaps on the year.

He’s easily A&M’s most productive linebacker.

We’ve seen backups and misfits entering the portal, which only paves the way for those on board to get more playing time, but this one would be a real loss.

Hopefully it’s just a fake and he realizes he’s still in a great spot.

I might be the only LSU fan who does not want Harris around. He seems like a cancer. Be interesting to see if Kelly thinks he is salvageable.

You would be correct. Besides, my guess is that if LSU does want him, he'll have to go to some SELA JuCo feeder school to get his grades up first.
