Am I wrong in thinking this loss will help Bama?

Russell wasn’t perfect and hopefully this game being close gives him confidence that he belongs at this level and comes to games like this with more confidence.

Plus the bad refs call will add as a chip on their shoulder.

Yeah…drop another game in the regular season, lose to GA again in the SECCG.

No playoffs.

Yeah we are still in a very good spot. I think we win out until Atlanta.

Secondary has to get better tho

I don't see us losing another regular season game at all.

Perhaps. We've seen teams take a loss like this in the past and it really light a fire under em. We'll have to see next week. Roll tide.

You are right as far as Keelon developing even further. Georgia threw the kitchen sink at him defensively tonight.

Problem is, people forget the refs have been fricking us every week. But we eventually pull away and win big so no one ever makes a stink about it but I had a feeling they would eventually cost us and did tonight.

We lost 2 regular season games last year and lost the sec championship game and still made the playoffs. You're an idiot.

We have a pretty favorable schedule as it stands. I’m not calling defcon 1 here yet

I'm just tired of refs who work at Walgreen's or Mike's Speed-E Car Wash Monday through Friday being refs in a big SEC game.

If I ever meet Matt Austin, he's eating his teeth.

Got gashed in the running g game against a 3rd string RB and couldn’t get pressure on QB. Russel was under much more duress than Stockton the whole game yet we should have won for not shite officiating. But Georgia much better on defense

I think it'll help Keelon's development but the defense flat out sucks. 4 out of 6 games they have let either a rb or wr walk all over them. They can't generate pressure or get home when they blitz & the middle of the field is wide open quite often. Georgia has the talent to exploit the D while keeping the offense in check at the same time. When Keelon is off Alabama isn't going to be able to outscore everyone.

You are not wrong. As young as this team is, we just went toe to toe with a more experienced and great team and should have won. This loss hurts but there are a lot of things to learn from this. Use it as a guage of where we are as a program. Im very optimistic about us going forward.

I don’t know if it will help us but I do believe we are one of the three best teams in college football. If we keep getting better, we are a real fricking threat.

Bama has a great team. I hate to be “that guy,” but they were robbed tonight.

I never thought I would type those words.

Hopefully things work out for Texas to make the SECCG over us. Playing that game makes zero sense.

I think our path is offense becoming super elite. Don't really know how the defense can be much better with the scheme and personnel

The defense will just be average or slightly above with Wommack there are too many holes and constant miss run fits
