College teams have restrictions on practice time and pros don't, so the pros can implement much more complicated schemes. In my memory, the college team that came the closest to being a fair matchup against a pro team was the 2001 Miami Hurricanes. I still wouldn't say that they would have the upper hand over this year's Lions or Bills, but give them ten tries and they might win a couple. Here is their roster (* = 1st rounder):

It is a dumb thread but when you really look at an elite college team, they may have 6 to 12 first rounders on their team. When you look at a team who has drafted poorly, they might have 1 or two on their entire team.

There are some really crappy teams in the NFL. The 2001 Miami Hurricanes had 16 first rounders on their team. The Buffalo Bills have wasted picks on guys like Marshawn Lynch and JP Losman.
