McElroy was in his midseason slump in 2009. Mark Ingram was basically our QB in the 4th quarter.

Why is it when I post numbers about Auburn I'm obsessed? When an AU posters does it about Bama then they are informed?
Are most Auburn fans related to Obama?

You are related to Obama! These are AU-Bama Weeks. A couple weeks ago I was obsessed with LSU.

USC's DL was much improved in '10 over '09, with Travian Robertson paired with Ladi Ajiboye at DT replacing Nathan Pepper who was dealing with a balky knee from a previous ACL, and Devin Taylor opposite Cliff Matthews at DE replacing Clifton Geathers who never really seemed to reach his full potential.
While at the same time our passing defense had issues in '10 with poor depth at LB and inconsistency in the secondary. USC was 2nd in the SEC and 8th nationally in pass D in '09, but was 10th in SEC and 97th nationally in '10....

Garcia had the game of his career. Coach Spurrier should have let him keep hittin the sauce. Once Garcia started sobering up he just was not the same.

Those stats are meaningless. Nice try though.

Bama's offensive struggles against Ellis Johnson has always been due to bad QB play. Seriously, John Parker Wilson had a pick-six in both of the losses to Mississippi State in 2006 and 2007, Croyle and the Bama offense was absolutely atrocious against MSU in 2005 and don't even get me started on how bad McElroy's pocket presence was (9 sacks, GET RID OF THE BALL YOU IDIOT, ARE YOU frickING KIDDING ME?). McCarron has his limitations but he's way better than all of those QBs and he will hurt you if you sell out completely to stop the run and short passing game. So really, Ellis Johnson's success against Bama doesn't mean much.

Interceptions my friend. Ellis Johnson does that...
