I got what you were aiming at, but it could have been worded/constructed better. So I just made a joke instead.

His best team will be next year. I can see him make a jump next year.

No matter the year, he will always have runs in the "Arch" conference. He has a "Zaga" or "Xavier" type program. He has a nice set up, great fan base, facilities, sugar daddies at W State that can compete vs big Bama money.

Why doesn't Bama BOT just eliminate UAB BB program and take their coach... better than what they had

It can't be any worse than Tuscaloosa can it?

Even if it was, it's still better than Auburn

But you are forgetting about the Koch bros, bro. They'll just write a check for an even $1 billion and call it a day.

This thread is hilarious!

Bama fans are convincing themselves they are going to hire the hottest coach in college hoops.

No dumber than you calling the Alabama basketball program a P5 conference "bottom dweller". How many "bottom dweller" programs are in the Top 35 in all time wins and winning %?

This thread is hilarious because people like you can't help but share their first hand knowledge of Gregg's wants and needs when picking a job.

He'll "entertain" the offer and WSU will give him a fat raise putting him up there with elite status.

He then will jump to the right blue blood when the time is right.

How people act like there is a chance of anything otherwise is beyond me.

HE TURNED DOWN UCLA for god's sake.

The School doesn't receive that revenue, the SEC takes most of that and distributes it throughout the conference.

Pal, you'd better hope he doesn't show up in Tuscaloosa or you'll have the board cred of Phan.

It's all part of being a fan - believing the ridiculous. There were actually Missouri fans who thought they wouldn't be humiliated in the SECC this year.

We all put aside logic to cheer for our teams.

Why would it be either? Our AD's plan is to offer him everything he wants and hope that it's enough Yeah, he'll more than likely reject us, especially if Texas opens up. But I'm glad Battle is trying to go big. No shame in that

Charles Koch net worth... $25,000,000,000-$40,000,000,000

That's Billions! I put the zeros since you may be from Alabama.
