Uh, how exactly is recruiting not on a level playing field. Teams can sign the same # of players. What are you you going to do? Say a team can only sign x number of 5*s, 4*s etc. Force players to sign with schools they dont want to play for just because it helps with parity? That's asinine.

Link where Bama has been praised for cheating and getting caught? You can't because it hasn't happened.
Sounds like you just want an easier path for Ls8u to gain ground on Bama by implementing new rules to help instead of having to improve by out working Bama.

Ole Miss got caught paying players with direct evidence to back it up. Alabama may or may not be doing the same thing. The difference? They’re smart enough not to get caught.
When Hugh Freeze was doing his thing at Ole Miss, there were obvious signs that things weren’t on the up and up. It also didn’t help that he painted a target on his back by going on social media and daring someone to find something.

You realize that if the NFL ever reached true parity then you would have about 16 teams at 8-8, 5 teams at 9-7, 5 teams at 7-9, 3 teams at 10-6 and 3 teams at 6-10.
With a 12 team playoff you'd have 4 teams with 8-8 records in the playoffs. That would be awful.
In college it would mean a vast majority of teams finished between 5-7 and 7-5. That would just suck.
