I was actually glad to see LSU win it all. It's like seeing your crazy, stalker ex get remarried. You hope now that she found someone else , she can move on and get out of your life and stop obsessing over you and the time that you were with her and making you miserable. Similarly I would hope LSU's win would allow their fans to move on with their lives, find happiness, and stop obsessing over Alabama.
I can see that is not possible and the last 10 years have left permanent psychological damage.

ETA: they’re threatening to create a new site and crying Milnerd is pushing for a move to Rivals. Knowing damn well they aren’t leaving - but hoping their “protest” will make people stop laughing at them.
It took 2 fricking months for them to crumble after dishing it out for a decade. Lmaoooo. What a bunch of baby back bitches.

Several things strike me as funny about that thread.
The number of folks who claim they don’t frequent here anymore but are still plainly active on tRant.
The complaints about trolling when so many Bama posters have made an art out of trolling.
A serious need for Boudreaux’s Butt Paste for obvious reasons.

I've said many times over the years that this board is nothing but a trash talk board. As I have have also noted many times, there are over 40 boards on this website, including many that barely get any activity. One more board for actual sports discussion would be among the 3 most active boards on this website. A lot of fans of whatever team enjoy trash talk, but at least as many fans enjoy actually discussing sports.

Not so. On most open boards the posters pretty much police themselves, especially when there is a trash talk board, like this one, that posters can go to when they want that. Initially moderators have to establish what will and won't be allowed. Those that refuse to follow the simple rules are warned, then suspended for a couple of days, and if they continue to be a problem, they are banned.

posters continued extreme obsession with their one game winning streak over Bama, even letting it overshadow
