I was at that 2007 game, but holy crap, that score and ending being the inverse of the National Championship game 10 years later is wild. Walk off touchdown in overtime with a final score of 26-23.

Need to get rid of divisions and play 3 permanent and 5 rotating games. That way everyone gets to visit a campus every 4 years

Agree - they have to make changes

Would be all for it... Bama permanent rotation = Auburn, Tennessee, LSU?

Musa Smith was a beast that day. We definitely had a little luck go our way in that game and special teams were the difference.

I honestly thought we were going to get crushed that night.

Alabama playing a backup QB, their punter shanking one to set up our winning drive, them missing a few FGs, etc.

2002 game was unbelievably hot. I thought I was going to have a heat stroke.

Hottest game I've ever been to. People were passing out all around us.

Was at the'94 game as well. Hines Ward had a great game too, as a running back. Robert Edwards at corner. Walk on Muschamp at safety.

Who was our coach?

35 yard punt isn’t a shank, and their missed fg was a David pollack block.

For Lane Bearden it was. Actually...it's possible our back-up punter was playing in that game because Bearden had torn his ACL on a fake punt gone wrong one week prior against Arkansas. I don't think Bearden came back until the Ole Miss game the next week.

Ziffle punted that game per my re-watch.

I'd be remiss if I didn't share the 1973 Georgia-Alabama game at Denny Stadium. Alabama was 11-0 in the regular season and Georgia struggled a 6-4-1 record losing back to back to Vandy and Kentucky. So the Alabama 28-14 win looks like . Georgia led 14-13 with 2:30 left before Alabama scored twice to win the game late.

There's a reason why the game was played in Denny Stadium. We didn't take Georgia seriously enough to play them in Birmingham. That's likely why we played so poorly that day.
