In the "what if" category, what if Fromm had stayed for his senior season and played in Monken's system?

Stetson may never have gotten the chance.

Is your metric of top qb’s their gift or what they accomplished in college? Those are different things.

If the later, Stetson is probably #1 on that list since he did the following:

2 x Natty winner
4 x Offense MVP in playoffs
1 x undefeated season

All while starting 2 seasons

Oh yea, he was a walk on

College QB, Stetson is light years better thru College. NFL is meaningless in college rankings

Barker won a national title at Bama. Best the vaunted Miami Defense. Dude was 35-2 as a QB.

Keep it relevant. Barker had a terrible game against Miami, to the extent that they had to get him to stop throwing because he was only getting picked off and giving the Miami Offense a chance to rally. ( Barker, 4 of 13 passes for 18 yards and 2 INTs) So they ran the hell out of the ball, and if anyone on offense was MVP, it was Derrick Lassic and Sherman Williams. As all BAMA fans know, very well, the real MVP in that game played defense. Pick someone.

Wuerffel was incredible.

Thought the Saints were going to the Super Bowl when we drafted him

AJ McCarron goes back to back , holds passing record at BAMA when he leaves but somehow Barker who had a defense that averaged more points than the offense did is the 1 QB from BAMA that makes it .

And AJ wasn’t BAMA’s best overall QB.

shite list.

He had great offensive players all around him and an amazing defense....most Qbs can win a title with that roster..it is why he isn't on here.

I didn’t list him as a top 10. OP did. I was just stating that he won a NC as it did not list that as it did for the others. No when are you coming by to cut my grass bitch

I like Jay, and all. Don't get me wrong.

He should not touch the top 10 list. Leadership alone is not enough.

Tebow should be 2, for sure. Manning should be lower on the list.

He didn’t have the receivers Burrow had or Tebow or half of those on the list.

Everyone likes to give QB’s more credit, and blame than they deserve. The team roster that surrounds them is the determining factor of team success.

The Georgia roster that Stafford had to work with was night, and day, different than the roster Bennett worked with.

Hell….. Alabama won national championships with Greg McElroy and Jake Coker for Gods Sake. They won them in spite of the QB’s just like Georgia won in spite of Bennett.

In no world is Bennett anywhere near the QB that Stafford was in college. Use your freaking brain man!

He was MVP of every College Football Playoff game he ever played in, 4.

Stafford started 39 games at UGA:
564 completions, 987 attempts (58.7%), 7731 yards, 51 TDs, 33 INTs, 213 yards rushing and 6 TDs

Stetson started 32 games (appeared in 42) at UGA:
601 completions, 924 attempts, (65%), 8429 yards, 66 TDs, 21 INTs, 530 yards rushing, 14TDs.

Reading off a list of accolades vs watching the games is going to result in a difference of opinion. When constructing a team, how many UGA fans would legitimately take Stetson over Stafford? How many Bama fans are taking AJ over Young or a healthy Tua?

They trolling bro. Still butthurt about "Back 2 Back Bennet"

Either that or they are as dumb as this list. 3 Georgia QBs in the top 10 all time? And Fromm is one of them?? And Bennet isn't listed as the best Georgia QB by College Career??? List is trash

Just tell em Tebow doesn't make the list without Aaron hernandez and Harvin and no way Burrow gets there without all those NFL WRs

I’d put Murray over Bennett. Bennett wasn’t a great QB. He had a better roster than Andy other team.

He didn't have a rotation of WRs who were all NFL stars like someone else on that list
