Aguilar just led the SEC in passing yards with only a month of preparation before the season. I think he did well all things considered

Didn't realize that Aguilar moved the case from Nashville to Knoxville.
He didn’t move anything. He filed it in Knox County. He would have no standing to file a lawsuit in Davidson County
Pavia didn’t file a lawsuit “in Nashville” either. He filed a lawsuit in the Middle district of Tennessee in federal court.
So just to break it down for for you. Aguilar filed a lawsuit in state court in Knox County. Pavia filed a federal lawsuit in the appropriate district court.

Chances he gets to play college football this year?

MORE than happy to see Aguilar get another season!

Dude was in same recruiting class as Spencer Rattler and Derek Stingley Jr to put it in perspective. Stingley is on his second contract in the league.

Don't blame him one bit but this is a pathetic look for CFB. These old players trying to milk every dime possible out of CFB. They have zero chance at the NFL.

Stupid people who do not even watch football, should not comment on football threads.
Aguilar led the SEC in passing. Who wass your team's QB last season? Stats?

Until Chambliss, all of these lawsuits had been filed in federal court, including Pavia’s. Aguilar filed in Knox County. Not really sure how the OP thinks this judge is in a position to “contradict himself” when the Pavia case was never in Knox County chancery court, much less in front of this judge in particular
It still amuses me that Ole Miss thinks a local judge has the authority to grant Chambliss an additional year. He may very well issue such an order, but it has no power outside of MS.

Probably anyone who winds up getting a player who has played in JUCO would care. It could set a precedent for their players to have extra eligibility at the FBS level, too.

Aguilar redshirted as a Freshman and his school did not have a football season during COVID.
Stingley started as a Freshman, played a full season during the 2020 COVID season and left with an additional year of eligibility remaining to go pro early.

Didn't realize that Aguilar moved the case from Nashville to Knoxville. Would be interested to know what the logic is in moving courts when one judge has already granted the injunction vs one judge being in your backyard. Not a lawyer so happy to learn if someone could explain it
"Aguilar’s filing in state court cites Tennessee antitrust laws and is indicative of a trend in these cases. Plaintiffs, have had more success gaining injunctive relief from judges at the state court level than they have in pursuing antitrust claims in federal court."

All these qbs that have no shot at the big leagues trying to stay in college forever to milk every single dollar they can before they go sell insurance is pretty pathetic.
It will become common place. These losers have nothing else to do. It isn’t like they actually are going to school

Aguilar earned his BS when he was at Appy State and Pavia got his at New Mexico State.
