The Texas incident was a fraternity.
Your gay hazing was your honor code corps of cadets.
Disgrace!

Your system had to formally ban drag shows.

Jeebus Christ. Do you even read books?
What a flipping moron.

The University will no longer be permitted to host or fund drag shows on campus, the UT System Board of Regents announced in a statement Tuesday.
“All activities at UT institutions are expected to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and executive orders, including any restrictions on the use of public funds,” Board Chairman Kevin Eltife said in the statement. “Our public university facilities, supported by taxpayers, will not serve as venues for drag shows.”
Eltife, who leads the governing board that oversees UT Austin and 13 other schools in the UT System, said campuses could not sponsor or host drag shows in their facilities. Although the Board of Regents system has taken no steps to formalize this ban, UT System’s general counsel informed chief legal officers of the ban, said Randa Safady, the system’s vice chancellor for external relations, communications and advancement services, in a statement.

So does that mean LSU is gay now? Do I need to find a new school?

State will produce some fine officers.
LSU will produce the drunk belligerent officers, which is fine. You need some of those. They’re crazy as hell, but good for killing the enemy.
By the way, Texas A&M produced more officers in WWII than West Point and the Naval Academy combined. Eisenhower gave a speech at A&M after the war. Quote: “The story of WWII is written in the blood from the sons of Texas A&M.”

Poor LSU. Following Daddy's footsteps into relevance as an institution of higher learning.
I’ve seen an institute of “higher learning” tell everyone they are rich.
But I’ve never seen those institutions have all that money to build empty tombs for trophies in football. And then the weee forced to fill said tombs with meat judge/equestrian/punter-of-the-week plaques.
How smart does that sound. And we will give you the floor to answer.
Go right ahead.

So this means tu can have and sponsor drag shows? How is this helping your case, Mr. Insecurity?

If the R's lose the midterms, Pete may not be around long enough to implement this. Not sure why this dude likes to pretend he's a templar in a holy war.

I went through ROTC at LSU. We have a long and storied history. It’s nice to see the DOD pick us up and restore that glory!

Notice Hillsdale College and Liberty University slipped in there between the real schools...
How does Hillsdale square funding for an ROTC program with their pledge not to take money from the "evil" federal government? Will they continue this when the national leadership inevitably changes?

UT admins banned public display of them shortly after.
And that was ten years ago.
There are still aggy cadets enrolled in classes that witnessed the gay naked corps hazing incident.
Shame for the State of Texas.

MonInsecurity strikes again with a lack of institutional knowledge. All of this is public knowledge. You just have to be able to read.

And to be clear, I have no issues with the alphabet people. If they want to be gay, so be it. More power to them. Just leave me alone and stay in Austin.

UT Austin students used a loophole in the ban’s language to hold a Day of Drag, which didn’t actually include any drag performances. Isabella Thomas, the student organizer behind Texas Day of Drag, said she received university approval to host the event after multiple rounds of meetings with the Office of the Dean of Students.
“Specifically [the ban] says drag shows,” Thomas said. “I was like, okay, so how far can we push this without actually breaking the drag show thing? Let’s have drag artists come and do makeup. So we’re gonna have students in drag, but is that a drag show? We don’t think it is.”
Thomas said she wanted the Day of Drag to be a positive form of protest where students could connect with the local LGBTQ+ community. Many students stopped by on their way to class to meet local drag performers and get their makeup done. Thomas also invited a dance instructor to give a line dance workshop.
“Protest all day and dance all night because you have to restore yourself, you have to find joy and fuel yourself moving forward to withstand whatever’s ahead,” said Nico Osier, who runs the dance group Country Fried Dance in Austin.

Ignorant little queer aren’t you? Yes many do not take military contracts, but the remainder will always have the principles of discipline, hard work, integrity. Something little liberal figs like you will never understand in Austin. A&M has a long and distinguished history of supplying officers to serve our country. So eying your dildo waving draft dodging pussies never have. Like others before posted…lol…you’re such an easy target…queer, living at home, ignorant…
