Sure were a lot Cat fans puffing their chest out when the plane turned around and headed back east. Thank goodness that fiasco took place, Stoops fits in perfect at a basketball school.

Bjork tried to Bjork us on the way out the door by hiring Stoops. That woulda been the worst job of hamstringing since Joshua obeyed God's order to do that to his horses.

I think he has always done well enough for what he has.
It’s just hard for Kentucky to get enough elite players to fill the roster.
Competing against Louisville Tennessee OSU not to mention the east coast for the same players.
But if Kentucky gets enough nil money for both football and basketball I think he could field a top 20 team

Stoops is happier I would bet. Being a slightly above average football coach at a basketball school is a dream scenario for longevity in a profession that doesn’t have a lot of it.

This could be Stoops retirement year at Kentucky.
I am not criticizing Kentucky but seriously they need a better coach he has done well with what he was given
Kentucky needs to decide if they really want to invest in its football program or just be a basketball school.
Without huge nil boosters for football basketball may be it.
Those bourbon companies need to step up with those billion dollar companies and help Kentucky out
Also both schools need to bring the beer barrel back out. But rename it the whiskey barrel since both states make some damn good whiskey.
