good question - probably worse. Lack of sommeone stepping up to run the ball in Knile's abscence is very frustrating. Child's slow return also disconcerting. Defense looks markedly better and special teams have been very good.

So much will be learned in Tuscaloosa, but if you put a gun to my head I would say, given what i've seen thus far, that we will lose 2 maybe 3 - as most non Hog fans suggested.

I feel good with the fact that my beloved Gamecocks have shown resolve not seen in previous years. We were in deficits in both of our games and quite frankly our opponents had complete control of the game. Yet we kept playing and kept scoring when we had to and came out with 2 wins.

I also am glad to see we got rid of that 2 QB system (for now anyway)

I am however deeply concerned about our secondary.

the same as before the season started. we won't know anything until we play bama.

worse. our linebackers and new DC and lack of depth are going to cost us.

Significantly better, but we still have the schedule from hell ahead of us.
