Ehhhh. I'm not a die hard liberal head case disconnected from reality, (or young. I'm 42)but in a professional setting of any capacity, I don't want to be called little lady. Ever. However,I also don't give a shite enough to cause a scene over it or even mention it beyond when it happened. You will just be treated much differently by me moving forward. :Lol:

It's the same with every coaching search going back to petrino. Always inside sources on here and the ark media, and they always end up with egg on their face. The hire is always out of left field.

Speaker issue here, too. Since P released the little side bar on the right to control all of the volumes is a disaster when trying to control things connected via WiFi or Bluetooth.
Overall I love the phone though especially when compared to what else is on the market.
My biggest beef is it is pretty much turning into some lite version of an iPhone.

No way. Your quality of life will take a huge hit from the commute alone. For years I drove from uptown to Plano. Never. Again. It was brutal. You can't look at commute based on distance alone. There is a lot of sitting still on a heavily congested freeway. Friday afternoons are the worst. More times than I care to remember, I would leave Dallas at 4 pm, only to park at 5:30 simply bc of the cluster frick. There's always an accident. Always.

Slight off topic....but, what is the most decent hotel in Batesville or within reasonable driving distance? Going up in a week to evening shade and need to stay the night.

Don't view renting the same as purchasing. I'd run from a house like that. You might get a lower price per month,but it won't be that much. Never offer to make repairs all on your own. This home likely has more issues than even the ones you are aware of. If you fix something yourself and a bigger problem occurs, you're opening Pandora's box with liability issues.
If you're dead set on this house request they make all necessary repairs to make the home safe and properly functioning. This is a rental that is an investment for someone else-not your investment.
