I did read that Florida is not budging on playing in Baton Rouge. I read that UF officials have said that playing it in Baton Rouge is simply not going to happen
It's probably not 100% their call.

SEC will make them move it to Legion Field then.

Seems hard-headed and short-sighted.

Probably not, but UF is not South Carolina. Their opinion matters and they have more of a pull than South Carolina does

I want the game to be played at Auburn

While this likely is true. At some point the SEC will probably step in aND tell them what they are doing .

Well, set up a place instead of dicking around

Nice try, LSU. But your manipulating the weather to get an extra home game won't work this time.

You might want to correct your post title.
It's not "according to UF." It's according to a UF beat writer.

This. I wasn't expecting it to be in BR so it doesn't matter but I just don't want it to be cancelled.
That.
If LSU offered to play it in BR, UF refused flat out, and then the game gets cancelled, it should be considered a forfeit on UF's part.

I want the game to be played at Auburn

Not budging is dumb. You play each other every year. Playing in BR means 2 years in a row there. Just schedule it 2 years in a row in Gainesville then get back on track in 2019.

I'm visiting friends in Opelika this weekend so that works for me.

Gonna be hard to play at night without electricity.

You gotta move it to Tampa or NOLA if you are hell bent on not going to Death Valley. No where else makes any sense.

No
Why should LSU be penalized because UF can't host the game?
