Dude,if I was you i would be as far away from this place as I could, at least till yall get back to the playoff again, which will happen because yall play Notre dame and the local YMCA and that's it.

I swear, the fact that lsu put 380yards on yall in the first half ,with 3 3and outs when we were pinned to the goal line ,against that vaunted testicles defense ,would be enough to break the ooof scale and keep me off of this site forever.

Did I hear this right on GameDay this morning? They said Notre Dames SOS before joining the ACC for this season was 8th....After joining the ACC for this season it went to 33rd.

Tucky's actually a pretty bad arse state. I stayed there while driving to see an old flame over a decade ago and it was one of the nicest, cleanest places I've ever been.

Stayed in some hotels on the interstate in Tennessee, too. Fell in love with the smaller places. Man, I miss America.

Notre Dame lost some marquee games this year due to the virus:

Wisconsin (at Lambeau)
Arkansas
USC
Navy (in Dublin, Ireland)
Stanford

I'm happy that they are playing, but man those were some tasty games that unfortunately won't be played this year.

Yeah I hate you lost some games like most of us lost some good match ups....The fact your SOS dropped so much due to joining the ACC this season is what's hilarious.

I agree. It's also one of the things that people don't realize when pushing for ND to join a conference. Schedule-wise, it would be a downgrade in most cases.

seem like you indirectly saying LSU's offense is overrated if you are bashing Clemson's defense last year. Both SC and Texas AM struggled to score on it and they have some decent players on offense.

everybody understood Clemson's pass rush was not a strength last year and LSU protected the QB well. Clemson's defense against OSU was one of the best performances that I've seen by a defense without a stellar pass rush. OSU was a dominant scoring team last year.

If I was a LSU or Alabama grad/fan, I would be most proud of a title that required beating Clemson b/c Clemson has been so good. Why take away from your biggest win by saying Clemson suck. Your title run will echo in infamy b/c it involved beating both Alabama and Clemson in the same year.

When Clemson ran away from Alabama the year before, I wasn't on here saying Alabama sucks. Clemson just played better.

Except one team does not a conference make. But you don't seem to be able to comprehend that. Only one team has made the playoffs from the ACC, and that fact torpedoes your point.

People used to say ACC was a one team conference referring to FSU.

People also forget that Va Tech won 4 ACC titles when it joined the conference.

The conference didn't start a 5 years ago.

SEC can basically be described as a one team conference with the occasional exceptional season by another team that then has losing or mediocre seasons after it.

Actually that’s incorrect. FSU made it in 2014.

You are correct. But my point stands. two teams making it does nto make a conference, especially when one of them got blown out, 59-20.

Clemson has done great, don't get me wrong but the ACC as a whole is a mess. They had better hope that Mack Brown does something with North Carolina because right now there is not one team outside of Clemson that could be considered a contender for the playoffs.

FSU beat Auburn the year before in the national title game.

Given the weakeness of the SEC east which played a big role in UGA making the playoffs a few years ago, it is interesting when UGA trash the ACC.

Last year UGA lost to a team at home that was beat by two ACC teams.

Miami would have made playoffs a few years ago if they beat Clemson in ACC title game, and UNC possibliy would have slipped in if they had beat CLemson in ACC title game a few years ago.

Remind me again when they were able to be a National Title contender and how long ago THAT was?

Okay? So your point is over the past 100 years the ACC has had some good teams? Yes, I can agree with that. but we are talking now.

Except we have played for the National Championship in the playoff era 5 out 6 years and 3 different teams have played for the National Championship.

Oh, but, one team from the ACC has played for the National Championship. The depth is staggering.

In the last 10 years 3 SEC teams has won a National Championship and four different teams have played for a National championship.

SEC teams who have played for a National Championship:

Alabama: 6
Auburn: 2
LSU: 2
Georgia:1

ACC:
Clemson: 4
FSU: 1

Crap the best showing for the ACC has been beaten for the National Championship by 2 different SEC teams.
The only other team that has even played for a National Championship for the ACC is certified dumpster fire right now, and not other team is ranked in the top 15.

The SEC has 4 teams in the top 10 and 6 in the top 15.

Virginia Tech played in national title game, lost to FSU.

That Michael Team vick team would have beat the average SEC winner most years, especially a Fromm QB UGA team.

And have not been close to a National Championship since. They spiraled into a dumpster fire ever since.

And yet Georgia managed to beat #2 Oklahoma in the playoffs and play into OT for the National Championship, which is more than Clemson did last year.

And, need I point out that that year was the year TWO SEC teams played for the National Championship. I can't seem to remember the last time the ACC has done that. Can you help me out?

ACC doesn't get the marketing push that the SEC gets. Last year's UGA team is perfect example of SEC bias.

compare the media reaction b/t Clemson's close call at UNC to UGA's lost to SC at home.
