I mean the NCAA president already told him that Ole Miss will be "dealt with", not sure what else he wants.

not sure i get the whole tampering thing and how it will hold up to a lawsuit.
courts already ruled that you can not stop the athletes from making money, how are you going to punish schools for pursing employees? hell even the athletes could pursue the tampering rule as interference that keeps them from getting job offers.

I find this hilarious, considering the NCAA tries time and time and time again to do their job but anytime a school with enough money gets an answer they don't like they just put it to some local yokel backwards judge down the street and it gets overturned.

Old Piss is just lucky LSU hasn’t turned them in for all of the blatant tampering Frank Wilson was doing.

All Ole Miss has to do is argue the NCAA is preventing athletes from earning compensation for their talents. And if that went to court and Ole Miss won, then the NCAA will truly be castrated because then court precedent is set that it’s unfair for them to limit transfers to a portal window.

The NCAA probably knows this and is trying to avoid a court case that would truly destroy it

In a world where almost all types of cheating are now celebrated, commonplace, and out in the open, Ole Miss still finds a way to break the rules and cheat. its quite remarkable.

Funny. It’s the P5 conferences, the University presidents and athletic directors that cut off the NCAAs balls.
Now that they have no balls they want someone to do something.
It’s like screaming defund the police and then crying that nobody responded to your 911 call.
Either everyone is playing by the rules or no one is. The schools and conferences have full control over that.

Schools don't tamper - coaches do. And while the Clemson accusations are about Golding, nobody with an ounce of shame is going to say with a straight face that Kiffin doesn't tamper. A man who is going to cheat on his wife is surely going to cheat on his industry. He's the portal king, for God's sake.
