They haven’t come close to winning anything of importance.

Yea because Mizzou would have easily gotten past Bama had they been in the West.

Mizzou has dominated A&M heads up the past 20 years. 7-2. fyi

Kentucky, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, and Vanderbilt have yet to make an appearance in an SEC Championship Game.

Would these teams be the first to get kicked from the SEC based upon poor football programs?

Ole Miss stays because they keep LSU humble

How many years would Mizzou have made it if they were in the SECw or if the SEC didn't have divisions?

LSU, Aub and Mississippi State managed to do so. Why has aTm not?

Hard to blame Bama for all those 3rd and 4th places finished in the West

We all love cracking on the Aggies but let's be sort of realistic here...Mizzou played in a terrible division. The East was and still is a complete garbage can. A&M plays in the West.

If that 2012 Manziel team and 2020 team played in the East then they would have made it to ATL.

Yet we easily got past LoSerU with our 3rd string QB a couple of months later

I hate the “what if” game, but you’re right. Missouri plays the schedule they’re given, and sometimes they play their hand well. Kudos to them. I don’t fault them for being in the less challenging division the last 12 years. But they have had an easier path. That isn’t an excuse for A&M’s lack of delivery though. Other posters are correct. Other schools in the west have made it to Atlanta. They are better teams historically. Astute observation.
