Not necessarily. Hell an eight ball is 3 and half grams and people by that for personal use regularly. 4 to 200 grams is a very wide range. It wouldn't be uncommon for someone to by 4 to 10 grams of something that is tough to find to keep for themselves.

You think Jackson is gonna stop using drugs? Or do you think Jimbo is an enabler? LMAO. You hypocrite.
