I might at least give some sympathy to the turnovers if they were uncharacteristic, but TENNESSEE WAS LEADING THE COUNTRY IN FUMBLES BEFORE THIS GAME.

Not to mention at least 3 other times UT fumbled or were stripped after they were down. Really poor ball security.

They also snapped a ball 20 yards back towards our end zone but the play was called dead because not everybody on offense was set.

As sloppy as the stats show they played even sloppier. It's just so hard to play with the 12th Man (literally and figuratively in this game) beating down on you

The better team definitely didn't win. It's just hard to overcome 7 turnovers. Hell, UT should've been blown out turning it over that many times, but took it to double OT. I'd love a rematch.

THe better team doesn't turn it over 7 times.

Had Garrett been healthy and played 70-80 snaps, we'd be having a very different conversation. I doubt UT would have come back from 21 down. Many of the big runs were to his side where the backup advanced to far up field and didn't fill the gap (similar to MG last year). He is much better against the run this year.

Both teams can point to this or that to say they would have played better. In the end, the score says it all.

Ummm, the "truth" is what actually happened (i.e. your team lost). What you would have wished had happen is simply a desire.

I agree. I think the rematch score would probably be 21-0.

Agreed, but we had too many mistakes and missed tackles this week.

Did you happen to notice almost all of the turnovers were FORCED turnovers? You guys did not just drop the balls, they were pulled away. That is what good defenses do.

Take away the yard and it doesn't go to overtime.

Next time we'll force 10 of those motherfrickers.

We win by 14 if your DB doesn't luck-punch that ball on the two yard line. You know it, and I know it.

Save me this "better team didn't win" bullshite. Your pixie dust finally ran out.
