While I think you're right, devil's advocate would say that he's probably never faced any kind of adversity like he's facing right now. He has a chance to man up and get some fire in his belly.

TBF though most people could work hard from the crib and still not be physically capable of playing high level D1 football - that might just be the case with Arch

The last 3 guys Heupel coached are on rosters with 1 starting.

If that is not getting guys in the league…

Some kids peak in high school and reach their potential early. He played against some really bad competition in high school and was EXTREMELY overrated. He has been in the same system for 3 years, a system that has a great history of producing good QB's and he still doesn't look good. This may be just who he is, a mediocre QB that should probably be playing for a team like Tulane or a Mountain West team and not an SEC, BIG or ACC team.

Well said. How all the fans and media continue to be blind to reality is FREAKING CRAZY.

Arch could become the NFL QB everyone dreamed about but it ain't happening until he sees years of more development. Simply said, he isn't elite whatsoever and right now doesn't even have all the physical tools.

Works out well for the second program to get a qb who is in over his head ask Auburn

He'd be a better player in Vandy and UT systems for sure.

He's not an ELI or Peyton...not a drop back pro style sit in the pocket and pick teams apart.

He isn't going anywhere and he gets no NIL from Texas now.

Pretty delusional to think that Tennessee has better coaching than Texas.

What is delusional about it? Sark is nothing special.

Starting to look like neither is Kirby, unless he has superior talent across the board.

They took a pretty lousy one last season and he has looked like a pretty damn good one this season....

There have been many instances in the past where QB's have left one team and done better at another, but I just don't see that in Arch.

C'mon man, don't you think you should withhold judgement until he actually leaves for another team?

But what if Arch had been under Kiffin for the last 2 years - you think he would look like this

Archmania done scalped them another fan base.... Just like Michigan tried the Towel Boy in hopes of finding the next Bobby Bushea.

Appears as if UGA dodged a bullet. May have not been so but Manning was pretty close to signing with UGA. All UGA needs is more QB drama....
