Joe Brady (OC for the Buffalo Bills) is a Vegas betting favorite, Tommy Rees (OC for the Cleveland Browns) is another potential candidate. DeBoer is listed as fourth most likely

Why would anyone want Underwood at this point? Will cost a fortune in NIL and the kid just isnt a good QB.

I would think Minter would be at the top over Brady unless they want an offensive guy just to help secure Underwood.

Minter was DC for their championship year and is more of a college coach than Brady.

this. I hope he stays on Michigan. He can't throw a forward pass.

Michigan is in a terrible spot. They should just bite the bullet and hire a guy from a MAC school who has shown recent success and it won’t cost them an arm and a leg. They cheated and won the 2023 title but the chickens have come home to roost

Why wouldn’t they hire Brian Kelly? He’s not even on the list?

It’s fitting that deboer comes in at number FOUR given his average loss total at bama

LSU fans better get ready for Lane to be on these lists unless he’s terrible . So he’s either going to get fired or have one foot out the door every year.

The kid is a true freshman.

Joe Burrow was pretty bad in 2018 after multiple years in college.

Joe Brady doesn’t want to deal with the BS that is CFB recruiting.

Scratch him off the list.

Nearly 2,900 yards passing with 16 TDs and 5 INTs to go along with 400 yards rushing and 7 TDs on the ground?

Yeah. Terrible for a guy who was playing in his first real action at QB in nearly 4 years.

I mean if you want to include games he padded his stats if you want.

But LSU got shut out 29-0 in BR in 2018.

Underwood is not a natural QB, he seems to have poor field vision and cant see whose open. That can (probably) be fixed with coaching

I watched them play Purdue when it looked like it could be an upset, and his body language was awful that game. I dont know if that can be fixed with coaching.

Either way for $3m, why not take a proven QB in the portal instead of a work in progress.. NIL payments for QBs who havent done anything are inflated

Breaking news at 5

Most true freshman QB don’t come in and play great. He will be fine if they get a coach that will allow the spread offense.

Moore was an awful HC with a 90s style offense

Michigan isn’t worried about overpaying for a QB. They have the 4th richest person in the world backing their NIL

Minter has a show cause but I’m not sure when it expires. A lot of fans want the m to hire him. I could see them going for Jedd Fisch from Washington, now that his desired job in Florida is filled

Not sure why any sane coach would risk walking into that burning house.

I’m not ready to write him off yet. He’s young and overhyped. Add in his coach was more worried about chasing pussy than coaching and I think it’s fair to say we don’t know yet.
