You stopped at the little red sign, watched him coming down the road, and pulled out in front of him when you could see the whites of his eyeballs as he gathered speed.
You did your part. You stopped at the stop sign, so that was legal. He didn't have a stop sign and was a stupid, poor Bam-Bam and t-boned you like he didn't care, like he had no courtesy.
I had a girlfriend once that would stop when there were no stop signs around for miles. She would slam the brakes on, all of the sudden, and cars always, always plowed deep into her caboose.
She claimed to not know why it always happened. Frankly, I think she liked people destroying her caboose over and over.

Some trashy hood rat hit the rear fender of my trailer while I was towing the other day because she tried to pass me on the shoulder while I was turning and the cop immediately took her side even though she was a fat uneducated piece of shite. I’ve never been in a wreck and it was definitely eye opening in terms of how fricked up the legal and insurance system is in our country

No stopping when there is not light or stop sign. It’s a huge risk of causing and accident and is stupid. I see stupid people sometimes stop and wave me to go when they don’t have a stop sign and the stupidity of that pusses me off cause it’s really dangerous and impolite to the other drivers.
