If only they could put blanks in and fire that gun. The whole stadium would piss their pants.

Warthogs are bad fricking arse. Armored like a tank, it's basically a giant Gatling gun they built an airframe around. There is a finite limit to the amount of time you can fire the gun before it stalls the aircraft in midair. Should see the size of the depleted uranium projectiles if fires at some ungodly rate.

As most of you know, the A-10 is also known as the Wart Hog.

I laugh every time I watch that MSU fly over, ha.

A-10 Tank Killer - Arkansas Flyover

I just love the sound of the A-10's, a buddy of mine who was a Seal over in Iraq told me a great story..

Long Story short.. The Seals couldn't get off this little town road and running low on ammo while being pined down by enemy fire. They called for Air support and was rejected by some Navy Pilots.. About 5 mins latter this Redneck comes over the air saying "heard y'all need a little help down there"..

The seals said light them up.. The ole redneck pilot says "Going Hot" opened up that canon on the front and it was so close to the seals they couldn't hear for almost a day, ha.

At the end the ole pilot said.. "Y'all need round 2" they starting laughing "no, no, no we good" The pilot said "Woo Pig" at the end.

Not a fancy story but a buddy of mine knew I'd like that being from Arkansas.

My buddy said they always loved the A-10's slow as hell but so fun to watch in action.

Would be great if it was flown by an Auburn pilot

I guess Auburn needs to fly F-15 Eagles to keep with this theme.

Bama could wheel in a sub.

This is how it's done flagship style.

However, the Warthogs are badass.

When you're the real flagship, you got a big boat in your backyard:

We got that beat, too:

I love A10s.

My favorite flyover remains LSU/UA 2005. How low can you go?
