Born on third, thinks he hit a triple.

I have to admit though...he has become a much better coach than I ever expected.

I think it's sad that whoever your athletics director was when the '17 and '18 seasons were scheduled had no faith that their team would be competitive. As a result they arranged a pretty pathetic schedule. If they had scheduled and won at least one game against a good team with a pulse a whole lot more non-UCF fans would be behind you guys. Instead, you only get a handful of fans across the nation and airtime from "experts" trying to stir the pot for ratings.

Also, I think you guys would have been better off not pushing the "we beat Auburn" (in a letdown game for them) as making you in any way worthy of being even a MNC team. At least you would have my sympathy vote...and all that's worth ($0)
Kendrick Rodgers is a handful for any DB when he's playing well...especially when the DB is gassed.
Brown needs to be gone. Plenty of other players who can use his scholarship. I was disappointed to see him on special teams at the end of the game.

That said, I wonder if the chain-gang guy standing in front of the coach said something to him and he was actually going after him?

Let's see...Alabama sees opponents receive less penalties than any other team thus far this year:

...while being penalized more than 7 other teams:

If Bama is paying refs, we aren't getting our money's worth.

$35M that seats 25,000 peopleYou'd have to double that stadium cost. Still might be too low.

quote:

They should all play at the FCS level. It just makes the most sense. And they will be able to play more regional opponents to cut down on travel costs. Take UAB for instance. Their schedule could easily be : - Jax State - South Alabama - MTSU - Troy - Southern Miss - Georgia State - Chattanooga - The Citadel - Arkansas State - Western Kentucky - long road game (Montana/New Hampshire/Delaware/Boise) - Power 5 team They could even perhaps find a way to build a modest, but new, on campus stadium for $35M that seats 25,000 people. And, they would have a legitimate chance at winning a national championship.
Maybe Freeze had just been watching some videos right before making the quote.

Great, great game. Really hated to be on the losing side, but the game certainly was up to the hype.

Considering the amount of alcohol consumed and the number of people, there was very little bad sportsmanship shown. It was an amazing college football game atmosphere.

I think I'll wait a couple weeks before canceling my hotel room in N.O....just in case.
There are open container laws in Alabama, but I doubt you'll be messed with if you have your booze in a cup or if you have a hugger around your bottle or can. I've certainly never witnessed problems.

Now - If you're drinking straight from the bottle...it probably won't be the bottle you're drinking from but rather the fact your bare-arse naked standing on their car screaming obscenities.

Haven't missed a home LSU/UA game since '87. I'll being sitting in my regular seats in U3-N as always.

UA-AU: 23-10

I don't quite think that is correct

Yeah...just a slip. Make that 23-20.
Since 1968

UA-UT: 25-17-1
UA-AU: 23-10
UA-LSU: 26-16-1, with LSU holding a one game edge at BD - hopefully this one gets evened out on Saturday
I'm surprised that no one had pulled out the SEC only stats. Probably more meaningful...whatever that means...

it's what they were doing when they got caught that's gonna make us the laughing stock of college football

spill it fricker, what were they doing?

I don't know if I want to read what they were doing...
Put me on the record as "You gotta be shitting me calling taunting on a punter for putting his arms out." I guess the SEC was looking for somewhere to throw it to show the rest of the teams they were serious and knew it wouldn't matter in that game, but jeez...
I love A10s.

My favorite flyover remains LSU/UA 2005. How low can you go?
UT for me...of course, I'm 40+ too.
A friend gave me a ticket to an LSU/AU game several years back so I told him to bring me an LSU shirt to wear. Of course, that was the f-ing game where AU pounded LSU...I promise to never where an LSU shirt again.
