It’s basically confirmed that Bama just offered Ricks the better NIL deal. I guess it’s only bad for the sport if he’s not the one buying players

And essentially every coach in the SEC backed Saban over Fisher. Because they were obviously going too far. Sorry y’all can’t grasp the concept

Saban complains about things he doesn't like and then copies them immediately if they work. I have no doubt he hates spread offenses and NIL, but he hates losing more.

He's always said certain things were not good for the sport but that he'd exploit it for Alabama's advantage.

This shouldn't be new to you.

What, did you think Alabama would just let other schools do something and not do the same based on principle???

You can be against something but also play by the same rules until they're changed.
Both of those things can be true at the same time.

Don't act obtuse.

I can respect that. No one likes to lose, but I thought he’d keep standing against heavy NIL bidding wars after publicly denouncing it

Saban keeps telling people what is bad for the game, and when nobody listens or nothing changes, he beats them with it.

He literally said:

"A&M bought every player on their roster, and we ain't never bought one."

Both parts of that sentence are fricking stupid transparent lies, and that dude is a POS.

Please link the package as I want to see the deal.

And Saban told everyone NIL was a bad thing but please do not listen and let him have free reign.

Are your feelings hurt? You seem to have a lot of hate for Saban and UA.

Saban, yes. Bama, no.

Saban is a narcissist. He is a liar, a user, a fricking snake. He's a great coach, yes - but I hate him more than any coach in the history of the game. He's a bad person, a hypocrite, a pretender.

I'm gonna tell you a secret:

Jimbo is just a less successful version of Saban. They're both the same type of person. If they weren't coaching football, they'd be excellent used car salesmen, or megachurch preachers, or personal injury attorneys.

It honestly doesn’t matter. A couple more seasons for bama like this year, Saban might as well be Bill Snyder according to their fanbase.

Saban and Bama are at the end of their run. What a hell of a run it was, but CFB changes and age catches up with everyone.

This recruiting class they bring in will play for two different coaches and many will transfer out between the transition and after it.

Anyone who thought the Red Elephant Club was not going to do work this recruiting cycle is a moron.

Anyone else who thinks Saban will ever allow Jimbo to win anything while he's at aTm is a moron, as well.

Because this is more of a big frick you to Jimbo than the rest of the SEC.

We've seen big recruiting classes before.

Time will tell.
