I wonder what Alabama had given up prior to putting in back up and third teamers.

At the half Missouri was 10/17 for 64 yards, no TDs. Gotta work on getting the younger kids ready, but starters looked slick.

Land sharks was started by a LB in reference to the 2008 pass rush. Never made a DBU claim.

I have never heard "Ole Miss" and "DB prowess" in the same sentence unless the sentence was "Ole Miss has a lack of DB prowess." Why are we included here?

Just wait until Alabama plays someone with at least average QB play.

I'm an LSU guy and our rep is deserved but if all of us are being honest with ourselves, over the past 5-6 years we are all playing for 2nd behind Ohio St.

This is correct for the most part but No. 3 was totally lost for the most part. No 28 still does not turn around and look for the ball and a couple of times just face shielded the receiver. I think on one of those, the ball actually hit him in the back.
Also given, I'm not sure how good Missouri's passing game actually is and so I'm reserving judgment.

I'm not sure yards is an indicator of DB prowess.

QB rating is an indicator of pass defense prowess.
This link is a better indicator of a very small sample size.

On a bright note LSU fans, LSU is ranked #1 in rushing defense.

That's the advantage of giving up 623 passing yards.
