On top of that why was slavery enshrined in the confederate constitution if it was about state rights? Shouldn’t they have the ability to choose if it’s legal or not. Then you have the cornerstone speech from the VP of the Confederacy stating slavery is a cornerstone of southern society due to black people being the inferior race. Oh and he gave this speech two weeks before Sumter was fired upon. Walsh is just on some lost cause bullshite as usual
