Sir I pulled you over today because you brought facts and reasoning to the Poli board. See that sign back there, it reads feelings only, party over everything. This is only a warning by next time it will be a ticket.

I'm worried that the last 6 months is going to practically be undone over these next 3-4 weeks.
I broke my femur in February while cycling, and was having the same thoughts. I got back on the bike 4 weeks after the break and really started training 6 weeks after the break. Fitness has comeback quick after I would estimate a 30% loss on my threshold power. I do have to caveat it that I have been training fairly seriously for 10+ years, so the muscle memory that I have is pretty extensive. Bottom line is it will comeback and faster than it took to build. Just focus on recovery and worry about the fitness loss once you get to the point in which you can be active again

re: Is AG1 worth the price?

TrainerRoad reviews AG1
TrainerRoad went through each ingredient and evaluated against scientific literature to see if the claimed dose had any affect.
TLDR most of the ingredients do not meet the threshold dosage to do anything and it’s a waste of money

IRGC still in control and seems to have strengthened their resolve and hold on the country. Additionally proved they could close the strait at will, and that they have the ability to strike key ME partners who then pressured us to come to terms. What exactly did we accomplish besides killing their top leadership and Iranian citizens?

I am currently trying to get my time running better.
It’s definitely possible, I’m assuming there are some good training resources online on how to get that done. But any prolonged high intensity endurance exercise is going to require supplemental carbohydrates to maintain performance
