Exactly. Trump elevated individuals to the highest positions of government (AG, VP, FBI director) who campaigned on releasing these files. They had a huge event at the White House about releasing the files.

This is my exact point. Due to market conditions (very few players as you pointed out) they have enough market control where they can just shut down production and increase the value of their company.

Immediately after this I went and rewatched Burrow’s interview after beating Alabama in 2019 and he’s way calmer. Says this wasn’t the ultimate goal still have a few games left etc. conclusion Indiana is screwed

If you want you fix CFB and the CFP they need to drop the student part from athlete. Make them employees of the university, and unionize the athletes of the P4. Additional setup a college fund for each athlete that would allow them to comeback to school paid for. This fixes all of the scheduling issues with semester start dates etc.

I love all the I told you so coming out of the media and some posters here. None of this changes the fact that Landry was using the moment to elevate his political profile at the expense of the lsu coaching search. We got lucky there are enough adults in the room to land this while that stupid shite was going on.
