No definition of “biggest,” but let’s assume it means “national” and viewership.” A case should be made for Kentucky with basketball. But sticking purely to football, I would go with Alabama, Florida, and Texas A&m. These bring in the largest, most affluent fan bases.
Georgia is such a recent phenomena that they are not anything more than a one night stand at this point. LSU is well regarded locally, but outside of Louisiana, no one talks about them or much notices them. They are not a national brand, not even much of a regional one. And it has been quite a while since they were in any championship conversation.

And that’s a good thing.
But for real, I know a dozen or so UGA grads in Texas. Not that it matters or anything, but there are also 4 UGA Alumni chapters in TX.
And a license plate.

When I think of "brand" I think of merchandise, and in the South I think of Wal Mart. WalMart has actually listed their top 10 sellers and this is who they are.

This list is shite without ND.
Actually no it's true. Those Alums/Fans usually don't shop there.

A&M is big and rich, but they're very, very boring. I think A&M should have a big brand and will, at some point, but if anything I think they're currently below where they ought to be. That you put A&M in the "purely to football" category is absolutely bizarre.
Kentucky is a good one. Alabama gets on the list for football (obviously), and Kentucky is the basketball equivalent. Dumb teenage girls in Oregon have probably heard of Kentucky basketball (obviously "dumb teenage girls in Oregon" is a highly scientific metric I'm using).
Georgia is a "one night stand" in football, maybe. That's a little rude to a top 15 program all time, but I'll accept it if we're only talking football. But we're not if we're including Kentucky and A&M. And UGA increasingly attracts students from places like Dallas and Virginia and Boston because it's a pretty good academic school with world-famous party credentials in what is arguably the best all-around college town in the nation.

Texas A&m
Can you explain your logic to me? They have only been in the league since 2012, haven't won anything, and have historically played second fiddle in their own state to UT. Hell, even when Texas sucked they still weren't the best team in the state. But somehow they are the third biggest brand in the SEC? I know the gay community is growing, but not enough to boost them past Auburn, LSU, and Georgia(all of which have been in the national spotlight much more recently)
