Congrats, but couldn’t hold serve at home, on senior night, despite being a heavy favorite (-340, or 8 points) with such an accomplished team? Man, that must suck. Even your best ever team is less accomplished than 2 of your rivals last 5 teams.
Story is still being written, big dog. That Super Bowl win Saturday can only fill that hole so long. Post through it though.

Remind me which part of the story to be written is going to matter? It’s hard to keep up after the meltdown and changing narrative.

Look, lady. It’s pretty clear there’s some significant bball left and more championships to be given out. So, maybe tune in to watch some of it or something.

Gotcha, you’ll tell us if it matters after it happens…the AU melt continues. Enjoy the tournaments

That is the smart answer but I hate losing. I hate losing a proposal for a project, I hate losing when I play and I hate the Cats losing. This football season was a pain in the arse to watch. So I hope we win the whole damn thing.

I worry about our depth and injuries in terms of being able to do it. Plus we can lose to anyone. Still, I’d like to see a better effort than the last four seasons.

SEC tourney will matter for the team that wins it like it does every year. It’s another banner.

For better or worse, AU failing to win the natty will be a disappointment for most of the fanbase given how well the team has performed through that gauntlet of a schedule. AU has as good a chance as ever but March is always crazy and we all know Bruce’s tourney struggles.

Good to see that Mississippi State was a team in no conference allowed to play in the SEC tourney.

Yep, we are. Not going to drop below a 3.

I’d still like to not lose to South Carolina by 20.

We’re well aware of AU’s pivot from last year that the SECT mattered because you won, to it doesn’t anymore because you LOST TO YALE.

When you win the SEC regular season and have 16 quad 1 wins the perspective changes. We didn’t need to win anything else after we clinched the SEC in Lexington.

Last year we were thrilled to win the SEC tournament because it boosted our résumé and we hadn’t won the SEC regular season title.

Thursday has to be the greatest Quarterfinal lineup in any conference tourney history:

Game 5: 8) Ole Miss vs. Ark/SCar winner. Ole Miss can move up in the seeding and an Ark win would guarantee them moving out of the play-in game.
Game 6: 5) A&M vs. Vandy/Texas winner. Aggie can move up in the seeding and a Vandy win would guarantee them moving out of the play-in game for certain and give Tex a shot at one more victory in the quarters to semi's to enter the picture.
Game 7: 7) Mizzu vs. MSU/LSU winner. Mizzu and MSU are both in, just a seeding game for both. Both around a 7/8 seed next week so looking to stay away from the #1 seeds in round 2,
Game 8: 6) Kentucky vs. Georgia/Okla winner. Georgia is a 9 seed in both major brackets and Oklahoma an 11. An Oklahoma win would guarantee them out of the play-in game, both need it. Kentucky looking to stay on that 3 line and probably need a W here to do that.

And Wednesday is pretty damn good too!

Based on how long some games have run this season, guessing we will be starting damn near 10pm EST

I am really torn. If we lose, we hopefully move to a 10 seed, which is a better path to Sweet 16 for UGA. If we win a few games, could get up to a 7 seed based on our resume and how we have been playing recently.

Put times in CDT since the games are being held in the CDT and most of the teams are in the CDT, dumb arse.

Or he could continue to put EST because it’s easily the most relevant time zone and nobody gives a frick about the Central Time Zone or the people in it.

I give BigDoofusGator a hard time, but he’s doing a great job on that front

If you cannot subtract one then just look at the times in the bracket image sir. They are all in CT.

I put a disclaimer at the bottom of the OP, but I probably should have put it at the top.

Also, the SEC network website puts most everything out in ET, so I try and cut and paste as much as I can for brevity and accuracy. You don't want me doing data entry. I am all thumbs.
