2018 Bama is the verse of 2011 Bama. Absolute stellar offense, great defense not elite.

I don’t think 2018 LSU would even score on 2011 defense. The teams are not comparable.

That 2011 LSU offense was incredibly efficient. A stable of RBs with none standing above the pack. Veeeeeerrryy similar to this year.

Burrow is better than JJ/Lee though.

Bama is wayyyyy better then either on those 2011 teams.

LSU is on par with the 2015 LSU team.

For a serious reply...I think you’re right. Y’alls offense is for sure better. Ours might be....I think.

OK, I buy that. I wouldn't want Tua taking shots from either 2011 defense. I mean that is a top 2 Bama defense of my lifetime and LSU's defense was right up there with them that year.

2018 Bama offense vs 2011 Bama Defense might be a conversation to be had, but not really. Tua too good.

Can you please be a little more detailed? Which roles are reversed? Two powerhouse offenses instead of defenses? 2018 LSU is 2011 Bama and vice versa?

Just wanna get your full take before I berate you some more

Unless Saban returned to coach at LSU, there’s a fundamental problem with your comparison.

Because it’s entertaining and touches all the right fanbases in all the right places.

The key to LSUs dominance in 2011 were two players: TM7 and Brad Wing. Without those two it's a typical 9-3ish Miles year.
