We went 1-1 that year. Our win coming at bds giving us the adavantage.

You won at bds because Bama missed kicks. Bama had more yards than LSU in bds. The rematch was essentially the same game except Bama got it a little closer and made the kicks. Bama was the only one to score a td on the other defense too.

sorry but Bama was the better team in 2011 and it is obvious to everybody but LSU fans for some reason

Just from a matchup standpoint, it's more like 2001 Florida vs. 2001 LSU. Both are good teams but Bama is a terrible matchup for LSU just like Florida was a bad matchup for LSU in 2001. LSU is ranked 80th in pass defense. They gave up 330 passing yards to Louisiana Tech and 259 passing yards to Malik Rosier and Miami and this is the team expected to shut down Tua and the Bama offense? No way.

Oh I’m sorry. Did you want the #moralvictoryU moniker? I thought the national championship would’ve been enough...

LOL this guy
Prove Im wrong. Arkansas did as good of a job defending the pass as Bama did against A&M and they are the 2 most recent teams to play them.

Defensively Bama hasn't played anyone in the range of mentioning to show what Tua would do passing.

All it is doing is building your hopes up playing cupcakes until Tua hits a wall and doesn't just have wide open WRs to hit and DL in his face every other play.

Not true,
2011 was awesome beating all those bcs bowl caliber teams.
But our offense was easy to figure out.
We had good special teams.Brad Wing was awesome
Finally we have a quarterback that's respected and gaining more respect.we have a good kicking game.Honey Badger was one of the best ever but I feel like this defense could be even better and certainly deeper.Coach O makes us nervous but not as bad miles did.Dave Aranda is better than chavis.
With this schedule, possibly beating Georgia twice and who knows who we got in the playoffs.this team that was predicted to win 6 or 7 games might shock the world.Devin White and Joe Burrow are leading this team.Lets Rock

If it comes down to kicks this year, expect the same result.

There were two games that year Bama outgained LSU in both games, the total score of both games was 27-9. LSU barely won one, but Bamawon convincingly in the other. Any reasonable person would conclude that 2011 Bama > 2011 LSU. And everybody does but LSU fans.
