If I were an A&M fan, I wouldn't say shite about either MS school.

This thread is hilarious. Has nothing to do with football, but those who attended inferior universities feel the need to bring up football games to help cope with having pennies compared to the big boys.

For one UF is the only school, they aren't part of a system like most.

We won't, we don't have reason to care about either.

That is the definition of irrelevant.

Why is there a thread about Aaron Hernandez on the front page?

Because he played football at Florida.

If he'd been another geek behind a bunsen burner, no one would give a flying frick.

Why does everyone keep talking about wins? Endowment mainly comes into play with a university's ability to provide a quality education. It's not used for sports. That's why you see Ivy League schools with multi-billion dollar endowments bigger than 99% of public schools.

Based on what?

Alabama (17%), Georgia (19%), Kentucky (14%) and Tennessee (17%) all had growth at a 14-20% clip. The majority of endowments are going to grow at a clip pretty similar to one another due to similar investment strategies. The only differences would be due to huge gifts or specific school investments (like A&M and oil).

Is Georgia anticipating some sort of giant endowment gift, because I haven't heard of any.
