A call went out over the scanner about a litter of puppies playing way too close to the highway, The players were doing homework in their dorm room. They heard the call over the scanner and decided to spring into action and race to the scene. This was confirmed on the other board. The truth shall prevail.

I can think about 7 or 8 different thug crimes off the top of my head, but how the frick would you consider reckless driving a "thug crime?"

I'm shocked they werent buzzed or blazed tbh. Of course that was probably the original charge, Kirby's lawyer got it down to reckless.

Lol hilarious to see everyone jump all over UGA and Kirby for college kids driving fast. The fear is very much real.

You think everyone shouldn't comment? That would be totally weird.

I do have to tip my cap to Nick Saban when things like this happen. Not that Alabama didn't have some issues, but for as many championships as they won, Saban kept a pretty decent lid on stuff like this. The more you win, the more difficult it is to keep the players in line. Which is why it is so hard to stay on top. Kirby probably does better than most would do.

I hate it but student athletes in CFB no longer exist. These are paid professionals that are here to play football. We will start seeing these incidents handled differently as well, maybe instead of suspension we will start seeing fines and then behaviors will change.

And then you get negative recruited by schools who say they don't do fines.

Same reason the shite has gotten out of hand to start with. Nobody has the balls to stand up to them.

Heck yes! Cover up as much as you can and get those players back to practice.

Otherwise, Saturdays will be boring.

It’s honestly impressive at this point. Kirby must be outright teaching them to drag race

We turn our players into well rounded individuals. They can play football, or they can go into NASCAR when they leave. They will make bank one way or the other.

Georgias DEI program is really paying off.
What does DEI have to do with reckless driving among athlete? I’d guess Georgia has the same demographics as all other programs.
