Oh this motherfricker has a love affair with Oklahoma. You should've been around when Kyler Murray was the QB for Oklahoma. You would've thought he was gonna become Tom Brady by talking to this guy. He's no closet OU fan, he wears an OU jersey every Saturday. And if Oklahoma is even decent he will pump them up like crazy.

Everyone is talking the physical attrition that sets in towards the middle and end of the season. Playing tougher competition each week leads to injuries and players wearing down.

Everybody in every conference has their schedule backloaded with tougher competition. You aren't unique.

Yeah and then you went played sorry arse Kansas, Baylor, and Wyoming.
And beat each team by at least 3 TDs while sleeping through most of each game?

Alabama proceeded to play Ole Miss, Moo state (they suck this year I know) and A&M
So they played one ranked team in their next three opponents? Just like Texas did? And won each of them, just like Texas did. Oh wait, Texas won those games by more points

Truth. Enduring cowbells for 4 hours is a lot tougher than most Texas/OU fans expect

I remember when aggy and Mizzou got their asses kicked coming out of the Big 12 to the SEC. They couldn’t win anything. BAMA showed aggy who was boss that year.

Umm do you keep up with football? We have the elite 11 winner 5 star who is good enough to start this year lol…. as a backup…. We are going to frick some people up next year on offense… defensively we are losing quite a bit on the defensive line hopefully we can recruit some portal players .

yes can you tell me how OU has fared against the best SEC teams in recent years?

A RS freshmen qb starting in your first year in the SEC...good luck lol

OU is kind of hard to get a read on. Venables looked like a complete failure last year, but it was admittedly a tough situation. This year of course they look like the total opposite... so far, and after having played only one really challenging game. Which is the real OU? I'm not ready to make a determination yet.

Certainly both OU and Texas look like they're going to be tough outs in the SEC, and I don't think anyone has ever said different. It isn't that those two teams can't compete. It's that they have never been pushed as hard as an SEC schedule will push them. A&M and Missouri have both competed, for the most part, but neither have actually won shite. Can either Texas or OU? Remains to be seen.

Yes.

The SEC (especially adding UT and OU) has fewer games you can have an off-night on and still get a win for good teams.

In the Big 12, the teams that you might lose to if you have an off night as a top team this year are Texas, OU, Kansas, Iowa State, and MAYBE WVU or BYU.

In the SEC, it's pretty much every team other than Vandy, MSU and perhaps Auburn/Arkansas.

That's what the SEC grind is. It's not about how good the top teams are, it's how there are a so few weeks you can sleep walk through.

poor xwing/rancho/vinner.

Spends half his day on an SEC webpage trying convince everyone how great their team is even though they just got their shite pushed back in by their big brother chokelahoma.

poor xwing

One thing you can take pride in xwing/rancho/vinner is that Utrans does have the distinction of being the only university in the history of the world to have a Dildo Parade.

Here is your picture:

You still have not told us which guy you are in that picture. I am figuring you are the guy on the left but just not sure.

In all honesty, I think they'll do alright. To further my honesty, however, it's going to be much tougher for them than they think. But, it's going to get much tougher for US, too. OU & Texas have great football traditions like many in the SEC do.

The SEC is no Big 12 and vice-versa. The SEC is one big slugfest after another after another after another no matter how down the SEC may be.

Buster, why do you have a photo of two dudes holding dildos perpetually in your "recent files" on your Acer laptop? And why do you constantly talk about dildos? Yeah, some liberal Texas students had a gay arse rally years ago but it lives on in your head EVERY SINGLE DAY. You've got to let it go, man. Please get those images out of your head and off of this site.

OU and Texas fans have had to listen to this stuff for years now... and we have another year to go.

I'll just be glad when it finally gets here and we can see what happens. You guys will get to say "We told you so" or OU and Texas fans will get to laugh at three years of you guys being wrong and making fools of yourselves.

What I predict will happen is that OU and Texas will finish somewhere between second and sixth in the league and both sides will claim that they were right.

He’s totally about to super own you with his “butthurt report” that he posts all of the time (which is somehow still less than the amount of times he posts dildos on here)

I personally enjoy the melts, so don’t discourage him

OU will regularly be 1 of the top 3-4 teams in the conference, occasionally the best.

Texas will regularly be one of the Top 6 in the conference, less often than OU, the best.

They both have great history and lots of resources. My post isn’t meant to be a slight to them but is complementary.

This!!

OU amd tx will have a harder schedule. But so will every other SEC team. And there will be so many fun games and new memories.

Every team we play will have it circled to “show” us what SEC is like so we’ll get their best. But thats what makes college football so fun. We’ll have more losses yet better/funner games. I’m all here for that.

No waiting for a bowl matchup where some teams are losing players declaring for draft. We’ll all get to play straight up and I can’t wait.

What makes you think this? Your dominance in the Big 12? How have other programs that left the Big 12 and gone on to tougher conferences performed that leads you to believe in the first year yall both finish in top 6?

Are Texas and Oklahoma not currently ranked higher than all but one SEC team? In the year immediately prior to joining said conference?

A&M won 11 games in their first season in the sec despite winning 6 the year before in the big 12. Missouri won their division twice in the first three years. Pretty sure those teams finished in the top 6 rather quickly upon joining this conference
