Alvin Kamara was part of the show.

I watched part of the game. I didn't realize the scoring system they used involving trick plays.
Link to the entire game if anyone is interested.

Not really. Maybe too much of a baseball purist but they are more of a mockery to baseball. I guess I'm in the minority if they were able to get 100,000 people in there but it just doesn't float my boat.

Baseball Stadium is too much of a joke for them to play there.

I wonder how long this fad lasts. They put on a good show, but it seems that it will run its course at some point.

I just look at it like WWE and wrestling. You know one is fake and for entertainment.

I wouldn't go to the ball park to watch them. I might skim through some of the You tube vids if they show up on my feed

I went to their website and took a look at the schedule. All their games are sold out through September.

I can’t believe grown ups go to this over and over

And then get there 3 hours early to dance in the streets

Pretty sure pure baseball is not the aim.

It is the BB version of the Globetrotters. It's just entertainment with athletic skill involved.

Don't try to compare it to the actual game.

Kids love it.

We’ve been twice with our daughters (Alex Box and Superdome) and they had a blast.

It’s not my cup of tea, but at the price point they are selling tickets and with the game clock, it makes for a great family outing that isn’t going to break the bank.

I'm a baseball purist and have never seen them. But, it's clean wholesome entertainment that parents can take their kids to see. How can that be a bad thing?

This is exactly what it is. If you don't like it, you're probably not in their target demographic anyway.

I just offered a personal preference. Where did I discourage anyone from taking their kids, mistresses, misters or anyone else?

I’ve been twice and figured I’d hate it but son wanted to go. Figured a 2 hour time limit there wouldn’t be much baseball but I was wrong. Pitcher stays on the rubber, batter can’t step out of the box. All fielders have to touch the ball after a walk or the runners keep running. Creates baseball plays when it generally a guy taking off an elbow guard, shin guards, batting gloves etc. guy went from 2nd to home on a walk on a bang bang play. Then first game went to extra innings and I thought it was great how they did that. Not your standard baseball but definitely had entertainment value from a baseball perspective.

There’s nothing wrong with this, but I’d rather see people go watch actual baseball. Not wild about them fricking around at Neyland either

Looks like fun. I remember how much fun I had as a kid at the Harlem Globetrotter games.
