Now that we have the turkey covered. What's the best side with turkey? There is no wrong answer. For me it's stuffing (family recipe kind) not box crap.
Happy Thanksgiving all! May your food be delicious and your day great!

but fried turkey really might be even better.
It is. 1) Fried turkey 2) smoked turkey 3) Roasted turkey.
That is fact and anyone who says otherwise thinks Krystal is a gourmet restaurant.

I like em all. Not too picky as long as it’s done right.

haven’t had anything that compares to fried.
I roast a large turkey (20# range) every year. I love the traditional turkey flavor.
However, I inject and cook 2 turkey breasts on my rotisserie. This is everyone’s favorite. It tastes very much the same as fried turkey breast but the inside is much juicer. A couple of friends that fry have stated they like the rotisserie turkey better than their fried birds. I’m like the dad on a Christmas Story. I’m a turkey connoisseur. I love it prepared all ways but my least favorite is smoked.

When I come over to eat, you mind if I bring the wife?

Deep fat fried turkey all the way. If you disagree you are either doing it wrong or a communist

Fried is best. It’s the only way to go. Unfortunately, my whole family is out of town, and I’m not cooking one just for myself. It’s a Thanksgivingless Thanksgiving for me. And altho not having the food sucks arse, I’m completely happy that I won’t have to deal with the stupid arse arguing and fighting with family members, and whiny arse kids all day. Kind of evens out really!

I would probably go fried first, smoked second.

I'm leaning toward commie.
We have been overrun by those motherfrickers.
