Fried all day. I won’t even look at a roasted turkey. Trying a smoked one this weekend so I’ll report back (I won’t).

Fried turkey is king. You can debate which of the other two is second. Your take is bad and you should feel bad.

Fried turkey is delicious but it's so much work with that much peanut oil

Agree with the ranking. Smoking a Turkey with Hickory and Apple right now. Will use leftovers for Turkey and Andoille gumbo while we watch the corndog slaughter Saturday night.

Smoked and Fried taste better but Roasted is the only of the three that produces gravy and that's all that matters.

Infrared! I haven’t seen a decline in flavor using that. Takes longer but you don’t have to take a second mortgage out to buy the oil.

If you use an oil less propane fryer turkey and skin come out just as good and you get drippings. Takes longer than oil fry.
