Supposedly he's really close with 4-star WRs Elijah Moore and Marquez Ezzard. Either of the two or both would be huge pickups.

About 2 weeks ago, Russell Johnson thought Ezzard was > possible. I'll have to go read up on him.

He's not a 4 star, but I'm pretty excited about Demarcus Gregory. Watching his highlights he reminds me of Stringfellow. Definitely looks like a guy who could easily put on some good weight and just overpower corners.

What are the chances we can flip the kid from Calloway?

As long as Patrick Austin is at MSU, he will be signing with them. No need to waste our time.

We’ve had some pretty good QB nicknames of recent, “‘Lego Bo”, “Swag Kelly”, “Shea BAE”, but we gotta work on that name “Matty Ice”. Matty Ice already plays for the Falcons.

I now see that he refers to himself as "Matty Ice".

From Malik, I'm probably decommiting. It may not happen but that's what he said.

Heath having second thoughts could be due to interest from Florida

I bet a decent Qb on the roster would go a long way to ease his decision to commit to FL. Its a shame that their highly prized qb commit chose to pursue football at another school.

Corral was gone the moment Mullen was hired. However, in the pits of despair that was Mac's third year, Corral coming was about the only thing anyone had to hope for. Every week was pretty much, "This is bad, but Corral will be here next year." I think those who still have a hardon for Corral among Gator fans forgot that we have a new coach and that the biggest problem is solved.

I think Mullen is on his way to flipping someone that better fits his scheme, and Matt will probably fit much better at Ole Miss. If we get Jones or somehow Fields, it will all be good for everyone involved.

ETA: Meant to say Mullen was "hired" not "fired."

Very pumped for Matt. Also pumped for Ealy, seems like he is a really hard commit.

Ealy will never be a Reb, but nice to see his commitment in the CL..he’s a top ten MLB pick

For 2019 - looking good for 4-star WR Shamar Nash of Memphis (6'2" 186).
