JE won’t see a diamond at ole miss unless it’s to throw out a first pitch after he’s taken in the NFL draft. I wish we could have him for both but his football upside wins out after this year.
And Malone is a true 1st base position player so if the bat is anything close to being there I hope he can work his way into the lineup early. Mainly because I want to watch him hit bombs

Fellas, I hate to admit it, but we are not in the same league as these teams we are watching in Omaha. They are the best of the best and we are sucking hind tit. It’s just the truth.

Tanner Allen is incredible. Virginia’s bullpen didn’t do themselves any favors but state just has clutch players. That game is more on the Virginia coach for pulling that kid who gave up one hit.

There are at least 6 programs in the sec that are ahead of us on a consistent basis.

Arguments could be made for A&M as well. As long as we have Mike we will stay a middle of the pack SEC team. Set your expectations accordingly.

Yeah I’m ok with it. I’ve come to terms with it. If you’re expectations are low enough you’re never disappointed. It’s not the end of the world.

I believe state will win the NC. They have always been a clutch hitting team. Third coach to make it to Omaha.

I honestly don't mind if State were to win, but some of their fans on tRant have been unbearable anytime Ole Miss gets thrown into conversation. Pretty annoying
